Additional charges may be incurred for room upgrades, additional guest(s) staying in the room, etc. All hotel guests will be charged up to $1.75 cents per day for their room for the City of Savannah. This charge is NOT exempt. Hotels may fill up quickly (prior to the registration deadline on June 30th) so we suggest you make your hotel reservations as soon as possible. Tax Exempt Forms for both State Sales Tax and Hotel/Motel Excise Tax will be available in your conference registration package or can be downloaded from the GACP website at www.gachiefs.com. Parking is included for all hotels, including overflow hotels. Ferry and bus service is available. The Savannah Belles Ferry System stops at the Convention Center (at the Westin), City Hall (at the Hyatt), and at the statue of the Waving Girl. In addition, GACP will provide bus service from the contracted hotels to the Convention Center.
